Like most marriages, James and Demi experienced breakdown, brokenness, resentment and unforgiveness during a very difficult season in their marriage. Leaving them to question, if their union was worth saving. They firmly believe that when a couple, can lead with empathy, communicate well, are equipped with the right tools and have a vision of reframing a strong, healthy marriage, you can manifest the kind of marriage that's not only rewarding, but one that is also mutually healthy & fulfilling.
Jay and Demi are not only relatable and transparent, but they are passionate about seeing the redemptive work of God's hand heal and restore marriages. They encourage and empower couples to create an emotional safe space within their marriage by encouraging them to do the work of having honest and honoring critical conversations, that bring about healing. perspective and harmony in their marriage.

When not serving as marriage mediators to their clients, and working in their corporate roles, Jay and Demi believe that marriage is what you make it, when you work it, and that marriage is still very sexy. The Thomas's enjoy vacationing every 90 days with the intention to reset, reconnect and retune to keep that ignited spark in their marriage burning. They have been married since 1999, and reside in Dallas Fort Worth, Texas. They are empty nesters to three adult children, and are enjoying the time of their lives in togetherness as friends, lovers and life partners.
